Solution I have configured my email account in Outlook but I am still unable to send e mails?

There are few possible causes of this issue:

* There is a possibility that your mail server (mail.domainname.com) or IP was blocked by your ISP. Please call your ISP or internet service provider to confirm if they are blocking SMTP connection with the hosting sever at SMTP port.

* You must ensure to Log on using Secure Password Authentication (SAP) is NOT checked. Please make sure "Server Requires Authentication" IS checked. This can be confirmed in MS Outlook in Tools> Email Accounts > Double Click on The Account (e.g. abc@domain.com), a new window will open > More Settings > Internet Email Settings > Outgoing server.

* Please try connecting your outlook while disabling your Anti Virus. This is just for testing and you may enable your Anti Virus right after the test.

* Please confirm your internet settings or network settings for further issue troubleshooting.

If you are still unable to resolve the issue please connect your email account using our webmail service on the link similar to this www.domainname.com/webmail for the meantime and call our customer care team to discuss your problem.
